M\u016f\u017eeme nakoupit obuv v supermarketech, kde je toto vybaven\u00ed opravdu levn\u00e9. D\u00e1le n\u00e1m sta\u010d\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00e9 bavln\u011bn\u00e9 tri\u010dko a kra\u0165asy. V zim\u011b pak dlouh\u00e9 kalhoty a mikina.  D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je za\u010d\u00edt po mal\u00fdch kr\u016f\u010dc\u00edch a neust\u00e1le se posouvat d\u00e1l. Pokud n\u00e1s sport p\u0159estane bavit nem\u00e1 smysl se j\u00edm ni\u010dit a posunout se k n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00e1bavn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti. Je dobr\u00e9 tedy za\u010d\u00edt na n\u011bjak\u00fdch p\u011bti kilometrech, kter\u00e9 jsme schopni ud\u00fdchat a postupn\u011b se posouvat na hranici deseti kilometr\u016f. V\u0161e je t\u0159eba b\u011bhat v aerobn\u00edm tempu, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk jin\u00e9, ale v\u011bt\u0161inou se pohybuje kolem 150 tep\u016f za minutu. Jestli to s b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00edm budeme myslet v\u00e1\u017en\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme se poohl\u00e9dnout po n\u011bjak\u00fdch z\u00e1vodech, kter\u00fdch v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b existuje spousta.
