Pozd\u011bji se byty a postupn\u011b i cel\u00e9 domy za\u010daly rozprod\u00e1vat do soukrom\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed. Zde mnoz\u00ed nev\u00e1hali a za slu\u0161n\u00e9 pen\u00edze nakoupili byty od m\u011bsta, zvelebili je a ihned nab\u00eddli do pron\u00e1jmu. Byla doba, kdy pronaj\u00edmat byty za \u00fa\u010delem zisku byla skute\u010dn\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 investice. Bohu\u017eel hor\u0161\u00ed to bylo pro toho, kdo byt pot\u0159eboval a musel ob\u010das i hluboko s\u00e1hnout do kapsy, aby dos\u00e1hl na stanoven\u00e9 podm\u00ednky pron\u00e1jm\u016f.  To ov\u0161em vedlo dal\u0161\u00ed odv\u00e1\u017elivce k tomu, aby si splnili sv\u016fj sen o vlastn\u00edm bydlen\u00ed. A pro\u010d ne, v\u017edy\u0165 jestli m\u00e1m vyplatit ze sv\u00e9 pen\u011b\u017eenky vysok\u00fd obnos za pron\u00e1jem, kde nejsem sv\u00fdm p\u00e1nem, nen\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed si zakoupit svoje vlastn\u00ed hn\u00edzde\u010dko? Stejn\u00fd nebo podobn\u00fd obnos budu spl\u00e1cet bance, ale s tou v\u00fdhodou, \u017ee jsem prakticky ve sv\u00e9m. Zkuste si zjistit co nejv\u00edce o dan\u00e9 nemovitosti a pak si zajd\u011bte na pobo\u010dku banky nebo oslovte jin\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed hypot\u00e9\u010dn\u00edmi \u00fav\u011bry. Mo\u017en\u00e1 budete p\u0159ekvapeni, kdy\u017e v\u00e1m odborn\u00edk zpracuje anal\u00fdzu. Nejen, \u017ee uvid\u00edte, \u017ee spln\u011bn\u00ed snu je re\u00e1ln\u00e9, ale tak\u00e9 u\u017e v n\u011bm pokra\u010dujete d\u00e1le, kdy\u017e se vid\u00edte na sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed zahr\u00e1dce s baz\u00e9nkem a pergolou.
